Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is not as described

To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days after receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer

  • The customer simply changed their mind

  • The product was not used according to instructions

  • The request is made after the allowed return period

Return Process

To request a refund or return:

  3. Send photos or videos showing the issue

  4. Wait for approval before returning the item

 

Returns must be approved before shipping the product back.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover return costs.

  • If the customer wants to return for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges

We offer replacements for defective or damaged items instead of refunds when possible.
